If you would like for our Open Door Prayer Team to pray for you, please complete the form below or e-mail Debbie Black, our Care Ministries Director.  Please include your name, prayer concern and name and address of the person that you would like for our prayer team to pray for if you would like for them to receive a note from someone on the team.  

NOTE:  If you have an urgent need or concern and wish to speak directly with a Pastor, please call the Pastoral Cell Phone 817-739-6755 and leave your name, phone number, location, and a brief message.  The Pastor on call will return your call as quickly as possible.

Each Monday evening and throughout the week, these requests are individually prayed for by members of the Open Door Prayer Ministry.
