The Open Door Prayer Ministry of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield prays for the needs of our world, our country, our community, our church and individuals. We sincerely believe that God has an open door as He desires to hear our praise, our thanks, our worship, our needs and our intercession.

Prayer Cards

You may share your prayer request with the Care Ministry Team online or by filling out one of the Care Ministry Request Cards that are located in the sanctuary and at the Prayer Concerns boxes located at Connection Central in the Atrium and in the reception area of the Main Building. When you complete a request card, you may either place it in the offering plate or drop it in one of the secure Prayer Concerns mailboxes. Each Monday evening and throughout the week, these requests are individually prayed for by members of the Open Door Prayer Ministry. All requests are kept confidential.

Prayer Meetings

The ODPM meets on Monday evenings at 6:00 p.m. in M-108. If you would like to participate, but cannot attend the meetings, a prayer concern list can be mailed to you so that you may pray on your own. For more information, please contact Debbie Black, Care Ministries Director.
