We are blessed to have a terrific staff here at First Faith!  Our teacher are all mothers who are passionate about children.  Our staff are required to have at least 15 hours of teacher training each school year.  We focus on topics like positive discipline strategies, learning styles, developmentally appropriate practices, preschool literacy, basic early math skills and hands on learning. 

Kelley James | Director |
Kelley James has a degree in Elementary Education and taught first grade in the Mansfield Public School System before becoming a mom and teacher at FFP&K.  A year later, in 2004, Kelley became the director.  She and her husband, Ty, have two boys and have been members of the church for over seven years.

Betsy Peak | Asst. Director |
Betsy has been the assistant director of First Faith for 5 years.  She has a degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Texas Tech. She has been married to Doug Peak for 6 years. They have 2 beautiful girls, Emily and Natalie. Doug and Betsy have been members here at First Methodist for 5 years.

Linda McCall | Administrative Assistant |
Linda has served on the board for First Faith for 3 years and has worked in the office for 1 year.  She is an active member of First Methodist and loves getting involved in all that the church has to offer.  She graduated from UT Arlington with a BA in Communications with a minor in Fine Arts.  In her free time she loves spending time with her two daughters, painting, pottery, and just about anything artsy!
