Covenant
Meets in room M-201, Ages of members: 28-45
The Covenant Class is led by Jeff and Jennifer Brandt and the best thing about the class is that they love to share in each other's lives and Christian walks. We frequently gather as a class for fellowship events such as game nights, pool parties, dinners, and softball games. Beyond the fun and games, we are serious about being Christian disciples. Having Christian friends who hold you accountable is a special blessing from God. Each year, we hold a women's retreat, and many men in the class serve in Men's Ministries and enjoy a variety of activities together such as hunting, sports, fishing, cooking and building/home improvement.
Crosswalk
Meets in room M-105, Ages of members: 45-65
Crosswalk is a relatively new Sunday School Class with a mixture of couples and singles from varied age groups and is led by Chuck and Becky Reusnow. If you are interested in Bible study with lively discussion, come join us. We enjoy various social events including dinners, concerts, and the back to Bethlehem visit at Christmas time. For missions, we also support the Back-to-School Blessings program, Angel Tree and the Wesley Mission Center food bank.
Cornerstone
Meets in room M-106, Ages of members: 35-50
In Cornerstone, everyone is considered a leader and the teaching responsibilities generally rotate between four people. We are involved in a lot of church activities for our children, but we also get together occasionally for adults-only socials. Come join us and see what we can do for each other and for Christ! Disciples
Meets in room M-109, Ages of members: 45-70
Disciples is a group whose focus is on building personal friendships and sharing group fellowship. We do this through studying the Bible, praying for each other's needs, and giving thanks to God. There is a unique dynamic in our group with some members being brand new and some with a long legacy at this church. Study leader, Donnie Sherwood.
Faithbuilders
Meets in room M-111, Ages of members: 45-70
Faithbuilders is a diverse group who enjoy open discussion in Bible study. We build our faith by sharpening our understanding of the Bible and then choosing faith-focused goals. Our class is made up of singles and couples who are having fun studying and learning together various topics to strengthen our faith and walk with the Lord. We use video, scripture, and other resources as a springboard for discussion, following the seasons of the church and sermon topics when possible. Study leader, Gary Kleinjan.
Homebuilders
Meets in room M-107, Ages of members: 40-65
Homebuilders is a close, prayerful group who cares about each other like family. FUMC is a big place! Where can I plug in to grow spiritually? How can I find close fellowship in a big church? How can I use my talents to serve others? Homebuilders tries to answer these questions and others through various activities including an annual Mission Trip to Matamoros, Mexico, monthly social activities and fundraisers that support our mission trip. We are the group that sells Breakfast Tacos on the first Sunday of each month! And of course, we study the Bible and include Bible-centered curriculum on all aspects of family and family relationships. Study leaders, David and Debbi Chumchal.
Seekers
Meets in room M-110, Ages of members: 50-85
Seekers enjoy diversity in Bible studies including word-by-word Bible study, video presentations from contemporary leaders and always open discussion on how Jesus is our example of Christian living today. Socials are planned throughout the year, and a new member is an instant member of our Christian Community. We are very involved in serving throughout the church, but especially with the African Ministry and the Wesley Mission Center. Study leaders, Jerry and Marge Hampton and Karin Newell.
Single Faith, Single Family, Single Friends
Meets in room M-106, Ages of members: 30-50
This class is made up of a friendly group of singles - mostly those who have children involved in their lives, or living in their home and some just experiencing an empty nest. Singles who do not have children are also welcome. The group has 2 events a month outside of church. One is a family event and the other is just for adults to have a night out. Occasionally, the group goes out to eat after church. This is a close knit group who are there for each other through prayer, service and worship. They have a monthly newsletter.
Single Spirit
Meets in room M-108, Ages of members: 45-70
Single Spirit is a very active group of singles who support each other through all of the stages of life. We serve the church and community through many ministries including: Back-to-School Blessings, Angel Tree and serving communion in nursing homes. For fun, we enjoy lunches out after church, attending baseball games, concerts and participating in Tarrant area singles and CTC singles. Study leader, Denny Anderson.
Wesley
Meets in the Chapel, Ages of members: 60-90
Leader John Wheat brings the Bible to life in such an amazing way with both wisdom and humor. Missions are a major focus for this group, and they contribute to the annual food drive for the Wesley Mission Center. Many of the members volunteer at the Mission Center, and they also participate in the Angel Tree and Back-to-School Blessings programs and Kairos (Prison) and ZOE Ministries. It's not all work though; in addition to Bible study and missions, the class hosts several social events for fellowship and for building community.
Young Wesleyans
Meets in room A&E 213 and is led by Jimmy Bridges, Ages of members: 25-35
This is a young adult Sunday School community addressing the struggles of adult life and the complexities it brings to our faith.
Stepping Stones
Meets in room A&E 219, Ages of members: 18-25
This is a new singles class for young adults.

Friends in Christ
Meets in room M-201, Ages of members: 30-60
Couples in Christ is a group of couples seeking to strengthen our marriages, families and other relationships by living as disciples of Jesus. We strive to accomplish this by studying God's Word, having a daily prayer life, serving others and congregating together for Christian fellowship. Our studies cover many topics including books of the Bible, history, other world religions and marriage enrichment, to name a few. We have monthly socials and participate in many of the FUMC service projects, such as Back-to-School Blessings, Angel Tree, Vacation Bible School and missions to Mexico. Study leaders, Mindy Boles and Randall Canedy.
Pathfinders
Meets in room M-106, Ages of members: 40-65
Pathfinders is a group of adults of all ages and life experiences that invites you to join them for Bible studies that focus on discipleship and spiritual growth. Study leader, Debby Kratky.
Fusion
M-Meets in room M-108, Ages of members: 25-50
Fusion is a group of adults that are interested in Fusing all relationships in Christ, Uniting our purpose with God's will, Standing firm in our christian beliefs, Internalizing holy scripture, Offering Christ's love to our world and Nurturing and being nurtured in love.
