What is Serving at First?

Serving at First is required training for all volunteers. During this training, volunteers will be empowered to be "Coaches for Christ" by recognizing their position as spiritual leaders, seeing the vision and beliefs of our church, and working to preserve First Methodist Mansfield as a holy place of safety and protection. This training also covers our church's Safe Sanctuary Policy and Procedures.
