Join us in serving the homeless in Fort Worth's Unity Park. We will be sharing a meal and joining in fellowship. Volunteers will meet at the Wesley Mission Center before heading to the park. If you are unable to serve but would like to support this homeless ministry, we are collecting personal disinfecting wipes and travel size deodorant in the In-kind baskets. To sign-up, please visit the website or contact Barbara Bell.

Veterans Day Parade
This weekend, First Methodist's Chancel Choir will be participating in the Honorary Salute at R.L. Anderson stadium directly following Mansfield's Veterans Day Parade. The Veterans Day Parade is set to start at 10 am and conclude around 11-11:30 am for the Honorary Salute. Come show your support for your church and your country at this special event. For a map of the parade route, please visit here.

Veterans Day Event
Join us at First Methodist Mansfield to honor all the Armed Forces for Veterans Day. We are celebrating the event with our Chancel Choir, Orchestra, and Jubilate Community Children's Choir along with special guests. As we watch the Armed Forces Salute and celebrate with special music, we will take a look back at the history of our country and the sacrifice that has been made for our continued freedom. For more information, please contact Beth LaMee.

Poinsettia Sales
United Methodist Women will once again celebrate the Christmas season by taking poinsettia orders. The online sales will begin on November 13. The flowers are $15 each and may be purchased in honor or in memory of a loved one. These beautiful poinsettias will decorate our Sanctuary throughout the Advent Season and may be taken home after the Candlelight Service on December 24. To order Poinsettias online, see our website.

Women's Night of Prayer
We are continuing to build on the practice of prayer with an invitation to all women. We invite you to join us for a prayer experience to learn different methods of praying. Our goal is to present several different forms of prayer, allowing you to diversify your prayer life and help you to find your own personal ‘prayer language’. Childcare is available with your registration. Contact Leanne Johnston to register for childcare and if you need more information.

Hands of Christ
Hands of Christ is a local mission program that helps with minor home repairs for disabled and elderly. We need volunteers with all skill levels, from helping with hospitality to hands-on repair work. To register please visit the website or contact Susan Luttrell.

First Methodist Mansfield is a church dedicated to loving God, loving others and serving the world. We would love for you to join us for worship this coming weekend. For all worship opportunities and ways to get connected, please visit our website.
