USO Collections
JUNE 30-JULY 8
Donations of products and services are vital to the USO’s efforts in lifting the spirits of troops and families. In conjunction with the USO Outreach Program, our Military Support Group is holding a supply drive for soldiers traveling through DFW Airport. Collection stations will be available outside of worship spaces. For a complete list of items being collected, visit fmcm.org/military. If you have any questions, contact Erica Uplinger.

Carter Blood Drive in Honor of Amanda Ferguson
JULY 8 • 8:30 AM-4 PM
In honor of Amanda Ferguson and to kick off United Mission Week, United Student Ministries will be hosting a blood drive on Sunday, July 15th from 8:30 am-4:00 pm. There will be two buses located in our parking lot by Building D. Serving @ First
JULY 8 & 10
Are you being called to take the next step and serve within the church? We invite you to join us for one of the next sessions of Serving @ First! This one-hour class prepares you to serve by teaching the basics of our church's mission, direction for spiritual leadership and provides Safe Sanctuary training. Following the class, those seeking a place to serve will receive guidance for next steps. You may register for the class on our website!

Breast Cancer Support Group

Have you or someone you know been touched by breast cancer? This group offers both support and resources for those fighting breast cancer. Child care is offered for those who need it. If you are interested in learning more about this support group, contact Erica Uplinger.

Embracing Differences in Marriage
JULY 21 • 9 AM-4 PM • THE LOFT
This day retreat is an opportunity to work on self-discovery to improve the "US" in marriage. Couples will be able to work together for discussion as well as in groups with others! The Enneagram Personalities, Love Languages, and other resources will be used to better understand the differences and create a oneness! Registration is $20 and childcare will not be available. Ganta Scholarship
JUNE 22-AUGUST 20
Every school year, members of First Methodist Mansfield provide scholarships for children at the Ganta United Methodist Mission School in Ganta, Liberia. For only $200, a child can attend our mission school for an entire year. Read letters of gratitude from kids who have received scholarships or to give online visit the website. For cash or check donations, write “Ganta” in the memo line and place in the offering plate.
