Penny Voss is the Director of Operations at First Methodist Mansfield. A church member for 33 years, Penny has been on staff leading the Administrative Team for 16 years. She and husband, Fred, are parents of two sons, both baptized and confirmed in this church. Chip and wife, Christy, live in Houston. Kirk resides in Dallas. Directing the areas of finance, property, facilities and business for the church are Penny’s primary focus.

Karen Marcucci | Executive Director of Technology & Communications | Karen's background includes everything from making semiconductors to drilling for oil in West Texas, but she has found her passion in working with First Methodist in the areas of communications and technology. Karen and her husband, Todd, have three daughters and have been part of the Mansfield community for over 10 years.

Jana and her family have been at First Methodist for seven years. She has served as the First Connections Director since 2007 and has a true calling and conviction for helping newcomers feel a spirit of warmth and welcome when they enter our church. She longs to see all members of the church involved in Group Life so that they can experience the church as God intended, in community with other believers, strengthening their knowledge and relationship with Christ. She has been married to her husband, Clint, for 12 years and has two amazing children, Lauren and Carter.

Debbie Black | Care Ministries | email Debbie
Debbie Black directs our Care Ministries at First Methodist. Debbie graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2008 where she earned her bachelors degree in business management. Having been trained as a Stephen Minister, Stephen Leader and Lay Chaplain, Debbie has a passion for caring for those in need. Debbie and her husband, Ken, have been married for 30 years and have raised two sons, Ken Jr. and Nick.
Tina Schramme | Children's Ministry |
Tina Schramme is in her 10th year of ministry at First Mansfield as the Director of our Children Ministries. Tina received her Master's degree in child development from the University of North Texas and is passionate about helping families raise kids who love God. She is currently pursuing becoming an ordained Pastor in the UM church. Tina has been married for 16 years to her best friend, Gene; and, they have a 14 year old daughter named Parker and an 11 year old son named Grayson.

Johnny Brower | Student Ministry |
Johnny has been involved in Student Ministry for over 8 years. He has served as a camp counselor, worship leader, High School Ministry leader and now, the Director of Student Ministries. He is married to the love of his life, Holly. Some of his favorite things are coffee, Jamba Juice, fantasy football and The Office.

Teresa Sherwood | Mission Ministry |
Teresa serves as the Director for our Missions department, a ministry that includes programs of outreach and service in our local community, our nation and our world. Teresa's passion is using her gifts to empower others as they seek to share the message of God's abundant grace with our world. Teresa and her husband Donnie have two grown children; Sam & Emily.
