Penny Voss | Church Administrator |
Penny Voss is the Administrative Manager at First Methodist Mansfield. She and husband, Fred have been members for 30 years. The elder son Chip and his wife Christy live in Irving while younger son, Kirk lives in Waco while attending Baylor Law School. Penny leads the administrative team which includes the areas of finance, facilities, property, and church office.

Amy Vanpool | Adult Ministry |
Amy has served on our church staff since August of 2008. Amy attended the University of North Texas majoring in Art Education and has recently started working on her Masters of Divinity. She is married to George and has four children, Grace, Wesley, Elizabeth and Lily Kate. Amy's passion is providing adult discipleship opportunities which focus on applying God's Word to our relationships and to life's challenges.

Tina Schramme | Children's Ministry |
Tina Schramme is in her 7th year of ministry at First Mansfield as the Director of our Children Ministries. Tina received her Master's degree in child development from the University of North Texas and is passionate about empowering families. Tina has been married for 13 years to her best friend, Gene; and, they have a 11 year old daughter named Parker and an 8 year old son named Grayson.

Johnny Brower | Student Ministry |
Handsome, witty, endlessly talented -- these are just a few of the words used to describe Johnny.  Truth is, aside from his terrible fashion sense, he resembles Brad Pitt (pre-Angelina).  He loves Chipotle, Jamba Juice and hot coffee.  If any of these items were to make their way to his desk, he would love you forever!

Teresa Sherwood | Mission Ministry |     
Teresa serves as the Director for our Missions department, a ministry that includes programs of outreach and service in our local community, our nation and our world. Teresa's passion is using her gifts to empower others as they seek to share the message of God's abundant grace with our world. Teresa and her husband Donnie have two grown children; Sam & Emily.

Stephanie Gow | Contemporary Worship | 
Stephanie Gow has served on staff at First United Methodist Church for a total of 4 years. Stephanie leads our NineThirty worship team and is also a singer/songwriter for the Magnolia Rose Band. Stephanie and her husband, Brian, have three children; Trent, Chandler, and Joley.

Dr. Scott Ferrell | Traditional Worship |     
Dr. Scott Ferrell has served as our Worship Arts Director at First Methodist Mansfield for 7 years and has served in music ministry for 25 years. In 2000, he received his Doctorate in Music from the University of Texas. Prior to his work in the church, Scott received national recognition for his work in musical theater, opera, and oratorio, but has shared that nothing is more thrilling than leading others in praising our glorious God. Scott and his wife Cheryl have two kids; Katie and Aidan.
